This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is legally binding.
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit blackswan-solutions.com, in accordance with Art. 12–14 GDPR. It applies exclusively to this website, not to the BlackSwan software platform; the service providers named below relate only to the operation of this website.
1. Controller

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data (IP address, time of access, page requested, referrer, browser/device type) in server log files.
- Purpose: technical delivery of the website, security, error analysis
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, performant operation)
- Third-country transfer: Vercel Inc. is based in the USA — see section 8.
4. External fonts and program libraries
When you access this website, fonts and program libraries are loaded from third-party servers. For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider.
- Google Fonts (fonts “Inter” and “JetBrains Mono”): Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; a transfer to Google LLC, USA, cannot be ruled out
- unpkg.com (content delivery network for open-source packages): program libraries used to render the page (including React) and the Phosphor Icons icon font
- Purpose: consistent presentation and technical functionality of the website
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
- Third-country transfer: possible — see section 8
5. Cookies
Technically necessary cookies (e.g. for security/session) are set without consent on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Should non-essential cookies (e.g. marketing, analytics) be used in the future, consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG will be obtained in advance via a consent banner.
6. Search engine indexing (Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools)
This website can be found via Google Search (Google Search Console) and Bing Search (Bing Webmaster Tools). These services do not collect personal data from website visitors and do not set cookies on this site — the data comes exclusively from each provider’s own search index and does not relate to individuals. No consent is required for this.
7. Contact form
For the contact form (“Get in touch”) we use the service Formspree, Inc. (USA). The data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message) is processed via Formspree in order to handle your enquiry.

- Third-country transfer: yes, to the USA — see section 8
- Storage period: Formspree stores submissions as long as the account is active or as required to handle the enquiry
8. Transfers to third countries (USA)
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our form service provider (Formspree, Inc.) are based in the USA; for Google Fonts and unpkg.com (section 4), processing outside the EU is also possible. According to their own statements, Vercel and Formspree rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) as a transfer safeguard. The EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) is currently valid but legally challenged (case C-703/25 P pending before the CJEU; a new complaint by noyb announced in June 2026) — we are monitoring developments and maintain SCCs as additional protection.
9. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We will update this policy as soon as the legal situation, the services we use or our processing change.
